I am addicted to sewing little baby clothes, but I usually just make cute dresses and things for little girls because they are just too fun. The thing is, since I have no little girls or even nieces, sometimes it’s a stretch to find someone to sew a cute dress for.
How about little boy shortalls?!?! (Do you know when my second born was little we used to dress him in overalls just to hear him say “I HATE o’eralls!”)
A view from the back:
I just can’t stop posting pictures of him because he’s so cute!
This is great! Peekaboo Pattern Shop has an easy and cute pattern for little baby or toddler shortalls. (Along with a million other really cute patterns. I think I’d like to try a bunch of them.)
I made a pair of these shortalls for my little guy and now I think I will try some newborn sized ones for my brand new little nephew (I hope my sister in law is still too sleep deprived to read this before I make them.)
Want to know what’s cool? For today only (July 11th) you can get the pattern for these great shortalls for just $5. The pattern is for sizes 3 months to 4T (one pattern includes all of those sizes). You simply print out the pdf from your computer. It includes color photos and step by step instructions. Easy!
