What’s the Project? This easy pizza rolls recipe is an easy after school snack idea that your kids will love! Only 3 ingredients needed-you can whip these up in minutes.

Last year I started graduate school, which isn’t an easy thing to do when you are a mom with four kids at home. It meant that my time was pretty tightly pressed.

Which turned out to be a huge and unexpected blessing. It forced me to be very intentional with my time and it felt amazing (most of the time-other than when I was drowning in papers due and whatnot and felt like my head might explode).

Knowing that I wanted to make sure to be very present when my kids got home from school, I started planning a fun after school snack each day and spending time in the kitchen chatting with each of them as they got home.

It started on a whim early in the school year. But it was magical. I couldn’t believe how much my boys looked forward to it and how I could get them to talk to me just by having food when they walked in the door.

And this recipe right here, this easy pizza rolls recipe, was their absolute favorite of all of the after school snacks I ever planned. They LOVE it when I make this one.

And the good news is that they are super easy to make. They only take a couple of ingredients and you can whip them up in minutes. I make them about once a week now.
