I wanted to make the mermaid gown pattern but it’s not free. It cost $9 to get the pattern. Unless I can find a similar gown pattern and copy the tail ends to put on it.

    Just a head’s up:

I would take the car seat cover off this list. They are not recommended because they compromise the safety of the seat, the fabric isn’t guaranteed to be flame retardant, and it voids the warranty on the car seat.

You should never compromise safety for “cuteness”.

I’ve got a disclaimer on that post so that people realize it voids the warranty. 🙂

But all of it coordinated, the bibs embroidered with names, monograms, or some fun applique….

I have been trying to sew for a little girl, I do mean little girl who will be 3 this Christmas, Z is my model, and with out your sight I would have no idea how to do something she could wear. Z runs between a 18mo to a 24mo as I said she is about as big around as the circle of your fingers. This sight has helped me to learn some basic sewing for the children in my church, now I am looking at those Burp Clothes for some of our new arrivals. I am a newbie to sewing so I am not that adventures yet.
Thank you for all your crazy ideas and the help you give with them.
