Peanut Butter Overload Cookies

Man I am such a sucker for treats. That’s no secret to anyone who knows me. But peanut butter cookies? I’m a total goner when they are around. Can’t resist them. So these Peanut Butter Overload cookies are particularly amazing to me because they combine the perfection of a peanut butter cookie with chocolate AND Reese’s Pieces. How can you go wrong I ask you?!

The softest, chewiest Peanut Butter Cookies with Reese's Pieces and Chocolate Chips baked right inside!

You can’t. They’re just too good. So let’s make some shall we?

Peanut Butter Reese’s Pieces Cookies:

Ingredients:

  • 1 C softened margarine (don’t substitute butter on this one. The cookies will spread too much.)
  • 1 C white sugar
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 1 C peanut butter-creamy or crunchy-it’s your choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 1/2 C flower
  • 1 C Reese’s pieces
  • 1 C semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Combine ingredients starting with sugar and butter and beating till combined. Then add the eggs and peanut butter and mix again and then add the dry ingredients. Mix in the chocolate chips and Reese’s, eat three blogs (oh wait-that’s not part of the recipes, just what I usually end up doing), and bake at 375 degrees for 9-12 minutes.

I always recommend cooking them as short as possible (just long enough that they are barely done) for the softness and chewiness.

Now to make this extra fun, I have a cute tag you can use to take them to a friend!

Print out this cute Love You to Pieces Tag: (Just right click and save to your computer then open in Word or Pages, size how you want it and print).

Love you to Pieces free printable tagAnd package it up cute with a cellophane bag, a cute little box, or something cute like the little favor bag I made:

Love you to Pieces Free Printable Tag and Reese's Cookie Recipe-package them together for a cute and easy gift

And take it to a friend!
