I think it is so much fun to wrap up a present all pretty (like in the shiny green polkadot paper I found-see the picture in this post!), put a pretty bow on it and top if off with a cute tag! So I went ahead and made some fun free printable Christmas gift tags that you can use for holiday gifts this year!

Here are my cute tags that you can use. I have several options for you to use them.
First, here is a PDF that you can download and print. It is laid out just like the image below.
So cute when you put it on a package right?
Now here’s the fun thing. I actually used my Cricut Explore to make these. I used their new Print Then Cut feature. Pretty handy! You can certainly do them without, but it’s very quick and easy to use a Cricut to make them.
Let me show you how I did it.
Say I have a screen in my design space studio with a bunch of the tags:
Those are all set to print first, then cut. If you haven’t used Print then Cut yet, you will need to get it all set up first. Make sure you have downloaded the Firmware update (top left corner in the green box there is a drop down menu for this). Then you also need to calibrate your machine-same thing-top left corner in the green box.
Let me tell you something. I haven’t tried Print then Cut yet because I was scared that it would be finicky and I would end of wanting to chuck my machine across them room. BUT IT WASN’T! It was so easy! Worked on the first try!
So, with those Santa Tags in my design space, I click the go button. It will then automatically pull up the print button. I use my printer to print. Next, I lay the printed page on my cutting mat, load it into the machine and it cuts right around my tags!
So easy and a great way to work if you want to do a bunch of tags. Easier than scissors!
Now, here are each of the individual tags so that you can save them to your computer and add them in design space if you would like. Just right click to save:
Print then cut, pop it on a present and you are all set!
If you don’t have a Cricut yet and want one-watch for great deals coming next week with Black Friday!
