What’s the Project?  Looking for a cute a fun DIY planner? These are perfect for anyone who loves journals, notebooks or planners. Design your own planner with one of these cute ideas-something perfect for everyone, whether it’s big or small, fabric or a notebook, find something you love. 

To explain to you my love of planners, notebooks, journals and all things paper would be impossible, so suffice it to say that I have at least 20 of those types of things in my home right now.

And I love each and every one of them.

Like a child.

When the new year rolls around and it’s time to set goals, make lists, and plan I am a goner. I just love this type of thing. So it’s natural that my first feature post of the year is 15 Planners and Journals that You Can Make Yourself! Because a DIY planner is just way too much fun!

Who is with me? I know I am not alone in my love for planners and a DIY planner is just so much fun isn’t it?

I’m kind of drooling over all of these and since they are all pretty different, maybe I could make them all? Some are great for to do lists, others for journaling, some to calendar out your life.

    I’m an avid DIYer and always try to be busy with new and unique DIY projects. Actually, a DIY planner bookmark is a must for me to do them in an organized way. The article was very helpful for me in this purpose. Thanks Mel, for sharing such great idea to make my tasks more easier. 🙂

    Love these! I’ve been covering composition books for journals for years – progressed from wallpaper samples to mixed media and scrapbook papers…lately I’ve found it’s a great place to utilize those pretty coloring pages I’ve done! I love the fabric covered books!

    What terrific planners! I confess to being a planner-holic as well. And thank you for connecting the dys for me, as to why I have more than just one that ‘does-it-all’, the convenience of one style for each purpose has always outweighed lugging one gynormous notebook all over. And for me, the hand written style has been more practical than staying current and compatible with electronic device trends. Thanks again!

    These are all great projects!! I have made several of the organizer wallets…love them! And your On The Go Organizer just so happens to be cut out and waiting on my sewing table. 🙂 And I’m definitely going to make up one of the pocket organizers for shopping trips/coupons!!
