I can’t believe that summer is almost here! There’s nothing I love more during the summer than a fun backyard BBQ with friends. Who’s with me? Today I am giving you a quick and simple way to throw your own party. I’ve got free printable Summer BBQ Invitations and cute ideas for how to present them!

Summer BBQ Invitations

It’s just a simple, cute BBQ invitation. You can add your own info and print.

Then, to make it extra fun, I stuck it on a stick with a marshmallow on top!

Summer BBQ Invitations:

Supplies Needed:

  • Free Printable Summer BBQ Invitations Template (see below)
  • Photo editing program (I recommend Pic Monkey-it’s free to access online)
  • Kabob sticks
  • Large Marshmallows

Here’s the Summer BBQ Invitations to use. Right click and save this. Then, open it in a photo editing program and add your own text. (Need help with this? Here’s a tutorial.) To print, I usually open a program on my computer (like Pages if you are on a Mac), open my invitations image and then size it how I would like and press print. I printed my invitations at about 3 x 5 inches.

Here’s one with the Let’s Party text:

BBQInvite

Of, if you prefer it blank:

(I used the fonts Amatic Small Caps which is a Pic Monkey font and KG Second Chances Sketch which is a free download here.)

Then punch a little hole in the top and the bottom and slide a kabob stick through. Top with a large marshmallow.

Although I wouldn’t use them for weddings, I really love the soft feel of Wedding Graphic Stock Set. So fresh and pretty and they’d be perfect for prints.

So many choices! I just spent an hour browsing.
I think I would use the baby girl arrival card image first http://www.graphicstock.com/stock-image/baby-girl-arrival-announcement-card.html I’d use it for shower invites.
Then I’d hoard all the vintage retro images….there’s some really cool ones. :)
