What’s the Project? These easy sewing projects can be sewn in about an hour or less making them both easy and fun! Everything from bags to aprons, hooded towels to headbands, these easy and free sewing patterns are fun ideas for everyone from beginning sewers to more advanced.

I get it guys! Many of you like to sew and you want easy sewing projects and patterns that are quick and doable for you.

You’ve loved my posts about 25 Things to Sew in Under 10 Minutes and also in Under 30 Minutes. Something quick and easy to sew can be very fulfilling because you can do it in one afternoon right?!

So today, let’s do a little more of that. These projects will be a little bit more involved but still something you can accomplish in an afternoon. Here are 25 Things to Sew in Under 1 Hour. These are easy sewing projects that are also really fun! Some of my absolute favorite free sewing patterns are in this post!

25 Things to Sew in Under 1 Hour: These easy sewing projects are wonderful because you can sew them in one short sitting! #sewingpatterns

Let’s be clear though. I realized that we are all at different sewing levels, so when I say sew in under 1 hour, it might be that this particular project takes a little bit longer for you. And that’s ok! But in general, these projects should be something that you can accomplish pretty quickly and feel good about it.

I also didn’t count prep time in this. Obviously, you might need to print the sewing patterns, do some cutting, of course, shop for fabric and all of that. But you should be able to sit down and sew these easy sewing projects in about an hour.

Enjoy using your patterns. I know it is early but I have to get an early start on things. I am having the devotional at a Ladies group in October pertaining to the fall colors. Do you have any games I could use that pertain to fall. Thank you.

Lovely. Thankyou for the ideas. The timing will be a challenge for me though. It once took me seven hours to make a peg bag! Though I was mocked by my family I am still using it sixteen years later 🙂
