2 CKrusteaz buttermilk pancake mix(I use Krusteaz because it's what we love but you can use any pancake batter you prefer-just follow the recipe for that to make the batter)
1 1/2 Ccold water
1egg
2Tbspvegetable oil
cooking spray
1/2 C Nutella
1/2C creamy peanut butter
Instructions
Prepare your pancake batter by mixing the pancake mix, water, egg, and oil. Mix until it's smooth. You want it to be slightly thicker than normal, so add a little bit more pancake mix if needed.
Heat a griddle to about 300 degrees. Spray with cooking spray.
Put your peanut butter and Nutella in a small bowl and warm in microwave for about 45 seconds to melt.
Pour about 1/4 C of batter on the griddle to form a pancake.
Drizzle Nutella and peanut butter in the pancake.
Quickly cover the top of the Nutella and peanut butter with more batter.
Allow it to cook until small bubbles form in the batter and it appears ready to flip.
Flip and cook the other side until done (this takes a little bit longer than your average pancake because it's so thick). Probably about 2 minutes.
Top with syrup if desired (my boys eat them plain).
