Repeat the process from the bottom layer. Combine the sugar, marshmallows and milk in a large pan. Heat and bring it to a soft boil. Boil (soft boil) for 6 minutes stirring while it boils. Turn off the heat.
Add your white chips and butter and mix till melted.
Stir in your coconut extract.
Pour on top of your chocolate layer. Gently sprinkle coconut on top of it and lightly press into the top of the fudge.
