There's not much better than a warm, soft peanut butter cookie...except one that has melting chocolate chips in it! This easy peanut butter chocolate chip cookie recipe is soft and tempting and a crowd favorite.
1/2Ccrunchy peanut butterusing two different kinds of peanut butter is optional-I just think it adds a nice texture
1 1/2Cchocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine your softened butter with your white and brown sugars and mix well. Add eggs and peanut butter and mix. Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and flour and combine. Finally, mix in your chocolate chips.
Roll into 2 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet (I recommend using a Silpat mat).
Bake for 8-10 minutes. (For my oven exactly 9 minutes is perfect.)
Add more chocolate chips to the top after they come out if desired.
