I can’t believe the end of the school year is coming! We are on spring break right now and I LOVE having my kids home and the lazier pace of life and it’s getting me so excited for the end of the school year! But first, we’ve got to say thanks to those teachers we’ve had this year! I am in charge of the teacher appreciation week at our school this year, so plan to see more posts from me about this. But let’s start with the first of my teacher appreciation gifts-cute drink cups with a free printable tag:
Turned out pretty cute and it’s VERY simple to make!
Teacher Appreciation Gifts: Cute Cups and Printable Tags:
First off, can I just say that what your teacher really wants for teacher appreciation is a GIFT CARD! If you are a room mom buying the class gift, indulge that teacher and get a gift card to her favorite stores!
This gift is just something cute to put it in or to use if you are in charge of hosting some of the events school wide or just as an accent gift.
That being said, for our school we are doing a “Happy Hour” in the teacher’s lounge where they will get to mix their favorite soda with their favorite mix ins (have you heard of a dirty diet coke?!). Or limeades and lemonades. That sort of thing. And each teacher gets to take one of these cute cups home:
If you are doing this for a teacher you could fill it with some limes and drink packets or something like that. Or a gift card to a smoothie shop or Sonic or somewhere that has fun drinks too!
