Well, when I started this blog last year, one of the first things I mentioned was my GINORMOUS master bedroom that was crying out to be decorated. And I had great intentions of actually decorating it. And maybe sharing with all of youl what I had done. I got as far as refinishing my bed, a dresser and a desk and then I got no further. Lame.
But I have great news! I have finally started decorating it a little and plan to show you what I’ve done soon. With a bedroom this huge I knew that one thing I wanted was a little reading nook (I love to read!) in the corner.
Here’s a before picture of my room (I promise it’s looking WAY better now!):
Awful. Totally awful. Right? But with so much potential!
In that little corner will be my reading nook.
I’ve actually started on it the last few weeks. I am doing my room in gray and turquoise. I’ve found some great items at World Market and I’ve actually already bought a couple-the chair and the ottoman-but still need to add some flair. Here’s some of my inspiration:
Here are the products featured:

- Luxe Chair with Charcoal Slip Cover
- Luxe Ottoman

I’ve been pinning other ideas as well. See all of my Master Bedroom and Reading Nook Inspiration Ideas here:
