Only 11 more days till school gets out! Yay! This is the second feature of my 2 week long Summer Fun Countdown with ideas to do with your kids this summer. See yesterday’s Coupon Book and stayed tuned for more all this week and next!
Today I am writing about one of my favorite things to do when school gets out. This is my third year doing it. I don’t think my boys have caught on enough yet to remember or expect that this is coming which makes it all the more fun.
I love making summer fun for kids. I call this, our Summer Fun Kit. They get it when they get home from school in the last day:
It’s a bucket of summer fun essentials.
Each year I pick out some fun summer items and package them up in a cute bucket which I give to the boys when they get out of school on the last day.
There are SO many ideas you could use to put in your own Summer Fun Buckets. Taylor it to your own kiddos and what they would love.
