Chocolate Reese’s Pieces Cookies

Even just a few weeks into my blog I think it might be becoming embarrassingly apparent that I am totally and completely addicted to chocolate. There it is. My secret is out. It’s only going to be come more apparent as my blogging goes on.

And the truth is, my major weakness is chocolate paired with peanut butter. These cupcakes describe my baking addiction well.

So today I give you another peanut butter meets chocolate creation. A really yummy, soft and chewy, super simple Reese’s Pieces Chocolate Cookie:

Reese's Pieces Chocolate Cookies Recipe

A friend of mine gave me this recipe years ago. It’s very easy, they turn out very soft and chewy and wow-they are GOOD!

Chocolate Reeses Cookies Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 Devil’s Food Cake Mix
1/4 C cocoa
1 stick of butter melted
2 eggs
1 C chocolate chips
3/4 C Reese’s Pieces (that’s about 4 oz. or so)

Mix it all together and bake at 350 for about 8-10 minutes. You definitely want to err on the side of less time because they are best when they are really soft. Cook them until they are just done. I had to smoosh mine down just a little before baking to get them to spread enough.

That’s it! Enjoy these amazing chocolate reeses cookies!
